I have enjoyed several meals at The Queen’s Head but I want to thank you specifically for the attention to detail and ensuring that our Christmas party was such a success. The food was superb and the atmosphere of an old English pub really set the scene for a fantastic night. Our great team at DSD and our guests were very impressed and have already said that they would love to repeat it again next year. Several of us have already been back and enjoyed your inspired New Years’ Eve Menu of six courses with a different wine for each. Will you repeat it again please? The live music added to a truly memorable night.
You are excellent hosts and the reason that so many of our friends dine with you

Dear Julie,
The Queens Head has always been on our list of good places to eat, but following our last visit at Easter 2010 when the previous owners succeded by demonstrating their inexperience of how not to run a restaurant; it was a relief when four of us from Kettering and Weldon visited on Wednesday 30th November and had a delicious meal with superb service.
The team made us feel very welcome, and though they had been busy at lunchtime, it was like "private dining" as we were the only ones eating. Having said that, Julie took our orders in the bar, and the food was exactly as ordered, and cooked to perfection, well done Chef. We'll certainly visit again, and try out their early Tuesday menu, which looks very good value too.

August 2011: The TVR Enthusiast Club revv'd into our car park - all sixteen TVR's and their owners - for their dinner after a superb drive. This is what the organisers emailed to say:
"Hi Julie, just a BIG thank to you and all your staff for a great dinner and evening! I have received thanks from all the people who came and they've all threatened to come back again...! Attached is a photograph to remember us by."
